Dears,

I seek your kind support with the updates regarding my case as we got the NOA2 letter from the NVC dated on 19/9 stated that the embassy in Cairo is gonna contact me when they ready to process my petition and i also found that my case status has been updated on 26/09 as ready for interview but i haven’t get contacted tho.
with my thankfulness.

It seems like my question wasn't clear as I got 40 views with no response tho.

So I'll state my questions

1- We've got the letter on 19/09 and I still didn't get any feedback from the embassy however that my status is ready,so is it normal? And what shall I do tho?

2- I'm still confused about that " packet 3" thing is it an e-mail or just package through the mail, and if it's a package do they send it through the regular mail or with shipping companies such Fedex or Aramex? And how can I track it if its already sent or not?

I would call the embassy and ask them if they have your petition. Sometimes depending on the embassy you have to actually go there to pick up the packet, that's how it works in Chile at least. I would call them or have your fiancee call them (whomever is in Egypt) and ask them what your next steps are.

I've tried to call them but I've been informed that the hotline is only for the non immigrant cases and I should contact them through email but they didn't respond so far.

The K1 visa is a non-immigrant visa. It comes with conditions (must marry within 90 days and then AOS) therefore I think you should be able to call.
