Submitting AOS for K1 wife and K2 daughter, what is need or I-864

Hello all,

So getting ready to submit my AOS paperwork for K1 wife and K2 daughter. What else do I need to send in with the form? I'm sending in my W-2 from 2015, my tax transcript from 2015, and a letter from my employer. I am over the poverty line for my household size. I was just asking? Thank you.

I did read the guides but they are sometime confusing. As my post stated earlier, I listed what I was sending in with the I-864. Is this all I need or should I include more?? Sorry for any confusion.

Hi there,

You didn't mention paystubs, the I-864 instructions also advise to send the last 6 mos. paystubs.

I went one step further and included tax transcripts for 2014 and 2013 as well. I believe it's mentioned that it also helps to establish you have been able to maintain your particular level of income.
