Do I simply attend the interview now?

So I got an email from the US Embassy in London saying we could resume our K1 case, so I filed a DS-160, got the confirmation receipt number for that, booked the interview for the 20th January and paid the MRV fees - all went through fine. So now, am I good to just book the medical and attend the interview? Is there anything else I need to do other than prepare documents? I have all my vaccinations, I have my police certificate

Surely you have to have the medical before the interview as the embassy needs the report from the doctor to process your K1. That was my experience 6 years ago.

The doctors office will tell you what to bring. I think from memory you need to bring your passport as well.
