NVC Electronic Processing Questions

I had a couple questions about electronic processing for the NVC. The wiki on here is out of date for it. The content on the NVC website, linked here https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Submit_documents.html is a bit vague.

1. Should I put all supporting documents for a package in one file? For example, with my AOS I have the AOS form, tax transcripts, as well as pay stubs and a letter from my company.

2. Should I separate the IV and AOS packages? How many files should I attach to the e-mail?

3. The website mentions a 5 MB limit. Is that per attachment? Or per e-mail?

This might be worth updating the wiki on here with this information once we have it spelled out.

1. NO, each document should be a separate attachment to the email.

2. NO, send AOS and IV files all in one email. You can compress pdf files to make them a smaller size.

3. Email limit is 5 mb. So it is per email.
