What to do after getting married on K1 visa?

We just were married this past Monday. I am confused with what I need to do now for her to stay with permanent residence adjustment. Do we apply for the I-148 only? Or do we have to do the adjustment of status and the application for permanent residency?

Yeah, she is. She'll only be out of status once her I-94 expires and if you didn't file AOS yet but that's not a big problem.

While her I-485 is pending, she will be in a period of authorized stay until it's adjudicated. If it's approved she'll become a (conditional) legal permanent resident.

I-751 is for ROC (removal of conditions). That's not your current step in the immigration process. You'll file that 2 years minus 90 days after your wife gets her 2-year GC.

Op you may also want to file an I-131 as well. It's free to file with the I-485 and will allow her to travel out of the country without needing to file for another visa to get back in.

If she wants to be able to work soon and or possibly needs to travel internationally, it would be a good idea to file for both the I-765 (EAD) and the I-131 (AP) in conjunction with the I-485 (AOS). Also, if you file them all together in the same packet, there is no additional cost for the I-765 & I-131, you only pay the cost for the I-485. If you file them separately, then you have to pay for them each individually. We filed all 3 in conjunction with one another just in case we needed it and since there was no additional cost to do so.
