What Does She Need For Her Interview?/

I heard today that when she gets called in for her interview, she will need all of the same stuff that I submitted with the packet. I was told that she will need copies of my passport, divorce papers, birth cert, etc etc. Is this so? I printed off all of our Skype screenshots and transcripts of our first chats, pix of us together while I was there, and receipts of the few times I sent her money thru Western Union. Is there a list here of exactly what she will need for her part of things? Will she have a separate interview with the PI government?

No, relax.

Key things she will need for her interview are the I-134 from you with original wet signature(can fedex or DHL this to her). Copies of your last 3 years of tax transcripts/W2's, 3-4 of most recent pay stubs, a letter from your employer(also with wet signature, some people will say this isn't needed but I would recommend it), and evidence of "ongoing relationship".

She will just need to obviously complete her medical before the interview(preferably 1-2 weeks before hand). She can do CFO before or after the interview.

As in copies of your birth certificate/passport copies, no she doesn't need this.

She will need to bring for herself to the interview her birth certificate, copy of her CENOMAR, any original copies of her previous divorces/anullments(if applicable), passport photos, her passport, possibly bring an original copy of your divorce papers(not for certain on this.......)

Manila embassy is, how do you say, very easy going. If you have other specific questions feel free to message me here.

Follow the embassy instructions letter for the embassy interview: https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf

You only need a sampling of chat logs,

Most of those things listed your fiancee will also need copies for CFO (except the chat log stuff), info here: http://visaconnection-philippines.com/index.php/2-visa-process/5-cfo-gcp-seminar

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

There are a ton of scammers outside of the Embassy, Trying to scam/sell her something. If she is alone she will not be allowed to bring in electronics and they are plenty of scammer who will hold these items and many leave as soon as she enters the Embassy.

US Citizens are allowed to enter with electronics, where they will be held by Embassy Security until you exit.

There many out front of the Embassy who have set themselves up with a little business of helping those are there for there interview. Of course there are fees but most are reasonable. Never heard anyone who got rippeoff or scammed, but use your best judgment when selecting someone if you avail of their services.

The Philippines government?

Your fiancee will need to attend the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) seminar. This is a requirement of the Philippines government. She won't be able to board her flight to the U.S. without a CFO stamp affixed to her passport

She can complete the seminar either before or after her embassy interview.

If she completes the seminar before her embassy interview, she will need to return to the CFO office once she receives her visa packet (passport) from the embassy and have a CFO stamp affixed to her passport.

If she completes the seminar after she receives her visa packet from the embassy, she can complete the seminar and get the CFO sticker affixed to her passport at the same time.

See the CFO web site for detials

I have heard/seen of many, I used to make it one of my morning trips to go walk down to the area and watch this scam go down. Go spend a little time there and you will have a different opinion.
