What should I do next I'm so confused right now gonna set up a consultation with a lawyer this week but just would like to hear what u all think. i got i-212 approved in 2014 but when I was in the states as a teen my grandmother was looking about my papers and looks like best thing was to come down but she said we shouldn't take the chance because not sure if I will be able to come back so that's why we just finding out now that it was terminated from back in 05 . So.can I try to apply for a visa again and what are the chances that I would get it.

So your grandmother petitioned your mom and you for a visa, and the visa and waiver got approved in 2005, but you never used it?

And now you want to try again, witht he same grandmother to petition, or someone else?

What was the waiver for?

Which visa are you applying for?

Seem to remember that there are no appointments currently available for visitor visas at the moment.

Let us know how it goes.

A visitors visa with a ten year ban that is not yet up is not going to happen.
