I was being sarcastic. I have a great Pinay wife 5 years now. I do know several that got scamed. It's a real thing.

That poor slob on 90 day fiancee with the rub fiancee is getting taken big time. Just keeps coming back for more abuse.

Those rub chicks are brutal.

I have heard stories too. Luckily my wife is one of the good ones. She won't ask for money even if she needs it which kind of becomes a problem. When I was visiting her both times I constantly heard the phrase "that is too expensive" when I tried to buy her stuff. That being said even my wife knows of Filipinos who screwed over Americans and it makes her upset.
