Let me tell you how these things work. Someone offer "Free" Real Estate Investment seminar at a local hotel ballroom. They tend to draw about 400 people and you have a few speakers, and all they are really is selling is for you to sign up for Real Estate Mentoring classes. Then these people who think they are going to become real estate mogul overnight, sign up for classes that are offered at a later date. Fee can range all over the place, I have actually spoken at these events in the past due to at one time I was flipping about 30 properties per month back when we had the IT crash around year 2000. I have never taken a class, but did speak since some of biggest clients was putting on some of these events.

But if you are stupid enough to pay $35,000 for a real estate investor class then you need to loose your money.

I don't think they are public.

Typically there is no admission of guilt, but there is also no admission of innocence either. Though since we generally believe someone to be "innocent until proven guilty" it allows him to say he was innocent.

I try not to put any weight on speculation. I think it was reasonable for him to settle, whether it is "for the best interest of the country", or to "focus his time on his transition period" or to "avoid being found guilty". All of those are legitimate reasons. I don't know which one is the true reason, or if it is a combination, or none of the above. It was a smart move for Trump regardless. He is neither guilty or innocent, but by default he is presumed innocent which works for him.
