well, mostly cases take from 2-6 weeks. you can contact them after a week has been sent from USCIS. GOOD LUCK

That's what I've noticed, 2 to 6 weeks after you receive the notice from USCIS.

Mine was delayed because the USCIS mistakenly marked mine for change of status and not Consular Processing as we requested, so that made my wait 4 weeks.

i am in the same boat and i'm extremely frustrated at this point. Its been 9 weeks since my petition approval by USCIS AND TILL DATE NVC is yet to receive my petition. I have called and emailed both NVC and USCIS repeatedly to no effect. I have even scanned my approval notice to NVC Over 2 weeeks back, still nothing. I read somewhere here to call USCIS nad request transfer to a tier 2 supervisor, which i did severally today, unfortunately i kept getting the automated message to set up a call back, which of course is impossible as im callinbg from overseas.

I dont know what to do at this point. Any advise on what to do to get some response from USCIS or at least speak with a live supervisor to track my petiton will be very much appreciated.
