Hello our case was scanned in nvc on sept 13. We finally heard from them on Nov.1. Letting us know they need more information (simply needed the official I601A waiver from uscis) so now i guess we are considered missing documents(until they find it, since its been sent) and have to wait 1 to 3 mo for an answer. this is soooo frustrating. My question is Who knows there scan date was in sept have you heard from Nvc if so hows it going for you. Thanks, Love to hear all responses... so i dont feel soo alone. IR-1 visa- with a I601A waiver & I130.

I contacted the NVC this morning to check on the status of my applications I sent. I was informed after my 1-864 was incorrect on Oct 31st 2016. So I rushed the corrections in and the NVC scanned two of the three in on Nov 7th, 2016. In informed the agent that I had sent all three together but in separate envelopes and each had it's on bar code cover sheet.

The agent looked at my cases and said she was placing my cases in for a supervisor's review. I hope this is good news

I don't understand why my cases becomes separated. This is the second time this has happened

I wonder does the case that has not been scanned 6 weeks clock starts when then finally scan it in or will it catch up to the other two cases. I am at the three weeks waiting point with the other cases
