I'm soo frustrated ! please help me !!

my case has been approved two months ago and it still hasn't been sent to the NVC.

I have wasted days trying to figure out what's happened , and I have found out that since my address is abroad ( I'm the petitioner currently living outside the US) the have never sent me the NOA2(they just cant sent it abroad) which somehow delay the case from being sent to the NVC :crying: .

I'm trying to change my address to an address of my family in the US. But the dumb system wont let me input my current address in the "old address" since I'm not living in any state and do not have us zip code.

I have talked to tier 2 representative and they also could not change my mailing address from abroad to a US address..

What should i do ?

Plenty of people never receive an NOA2 hard copy, even when living in the US - that is definitely NOT the issue! You are correct that you can't change your address when you live abroad, but don't sweat it.

Did you give them an e-mail address?

Do you have an account on the USCIS website? https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Have you called NVC to ask if they've received it? You usually don't get a notification from them about this, so maybe it's already there?

NVC Received: 21-October-2016 4 days to be received at NVC
NVC Case Number Assigned: 31-October-2016 10 days for case number to be assigned
NVC Welcome Letter Received: 3-November-2016 @ 12:10 AM 3 days from case number assigned until Welcome Letter received and invoices unlocked
IV and AOS Fees Unlocked: 3-November-2016 @ 7:00 AM
IV and AOS Fees Paid: 3-November-2016
DS-260 Unlocked: 7-November-2016 2.5 business days for DS-260 to be unlocked
DS-260 Submitted: 8-November-2016
AOS and IV Documents Sent: 9-November-2016
Scan Date: 14-November-2016 5 days to receive scan date due to a holiday/weekend
Medical expedite requested: 14-December-2016
Medical expedite approved at consulate: 19-December-2016 Expedite approved with consulate but denied at NVC; still need to wait for case complete

Interview: 21-February-2017   We scheduled our own interview because we had an approved medical expedite with the consulate. By sheer luck we got such a quick interview date because someone cancelled their appointment less than 20 minutes prior
Interview Result: Approved!!
Visa Issued: 21-February-2017     Visa issued same day as interview
DHL tracking information received: 22-February-2017     DHL tracking number appeared 28 hours after interview, scheduled for delivery the next day
Visa in hand: 23-Feb-2017
US POE (Minneapolis): 26-Feb-2017

I gave them my email.

Also have a uscis account linked to my case.

I haven't called NVC but I send them emails every 3 days asking for case number.

The dont have a record of reciving my case, and they ask for scanned approval notice which I just can get..

Also the tier 2 represenetive said that they cant find out if my case has been sent..

Its been 50 days since NOA1 !!

I would say it's time to get your congressperson involved! They can make an inquiry for you and help get the ball rolling. I'm so sorry about your situation!
