Less than a month till I send off ROC

Okay so December 16th is when my 90 day window opens (GC expires March 16, 2017) I just wanted some reassurance, here is my list of evidence:

I-751 Form

Joint Bank Account Statements - This one concerns me a bit, my US spouse doesn't work so we only added her to my account in April 2015, I have every single month of statements up till Feb 2015 showing our complete joint history as well as a couple before, I know not everyone even has joint accounts so I was thinking I could maybe add a small note stating why we didn't have one for the first year of marriage

Joint Leases for all years of marriage (2015, 2016, Current 2017)

Joint Renters Insurance Policy

Joint Credit Card Statements (All months, this was opened only a few months back)

Joint Health Insurance through my employer (All years)

401k with spouse as beneficiary

Joint Car ownership (Bought after marriage in both our names, this is shown on our joint statement too)

IRS Tax Transcripts Filed Jointly (All years)

Flight itineraries for flights to Ireland and another trip to the UK to visit family/photos from trips

Joint Car Insurance Policies from marriage to now

Copy of front/back of Green Card

Does this look like good evidence, I'm hoping the Joint Bank account doesn't cause too many problems

I also have some medical bills from a few months back with my wife's name and c/o my name on there which I intend to submit also

This looks like a great list!

Prior to opening your joint bank account did you have sole accounts with statements that would show you living at the same address?

I'd also include a copy of your driving licence / state ID showing that you were both at the same address.

Are the USPS mail re-direction orders from your change of address filed away in that box of yours? They would show you both moving from the old address to the new.

I'll try to add a list of the stuff that I've collected soon so we can compare. It's very similar.

Are the USPS mail re-direction orders from your change of address filed away in that box of yours? They would show you both moving from the old address to the new.

That's a good point about the sole accounts having the same address, that's a good reason to include them, I never even thought about the USPS re-direction confirmations, I'm almost certain I have those stored away

If you have them it would be good to include:

1. Utility bills with both names on them (or at least one in one name and one in the other name showing the same address)
2. Wills listing the other as heir
3. Medical powers of attorney granting the other decision making authority
4. Cards/envelopes with cancellation stamp that were sent to either/both of you showing the same address
5. Hotel/flight/restaurant receipts for trips taken together along with any photos of the two of you together at a recognizable location
6. Photos of the two of you together with family and friends, particularly family events such as weddings, baptisms, family holidays, etc.
