I would like to get any advice if the following content is enough to support the above section 34a for i-129F

We met in April 2007, when we both were working in United Arab Emirates. We began as friends but overtime we became more close and realized we wanted to become more serious as lovers, until my petition to the United States was granted and had to leave for the US. With the desire to strengthen our relationship, we managed to meet several times for vacation to Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines, with which I was able to meet her family in 2009 and 2012, whom I dearly love. Over the length of 8 years, we had proven that “long term relationship” is really possible as long as there’s trust and respect to each other. We both believe that no distance could hinder us in nurturing our relationship. With daily communication, through Skype and Viber calls we were able to grow together as couple.

I am so grateful that I could now be able to file for a fiancée visa and my dream to have her next to me will come into reality and spend the rest of my life together here in America.

I visit ....... in Singapore on 11 November 2016 and spent a fruitful and meaningful vacation for a couple of weeks, made my spirit alive and gave me the hope that she will soon be with me. However, leaving on the day of my departure was so painful to both of us, but I certainly believe that longingness will soon be over as we will get married and live happily in America.

Please find below the description of attachments that will support the proof of our meeting in the last 2 years.

1. Airline tickets / boarding passes / passport pages with immigration stamps

2. Photographs

3. Hotel reservations

4. Receipts of lunch/dinner/shopping

5. Money Transfer

6. Skype/Viber/Tango log calls and messages

I hope that this letter with attachments will explain the way on how me met during the last 2 years and how we have been keeping our relationship strong.

Seems okay.

Ours was about the same in length. Don't have to have necessarily all the "lovey dovey" stuff. Just keep it simple and to the point. They just want to know how you met. "Originally in UAB in 2007. Again in 2009 and 2012. Last visited in 2016...ect.."

You're "proof of meeting"" looks good. Primary stuff is boarding passes/passport pages. Hotel reservations, receipts. Any credit card/banking records showing city/country purchases? I included those in our petition.

Pictures are secondary but definately want to include 5-6 of them.

You have it all covered in those areas.

Looks ok. Now, make it shorter by cutting the fluff. Stick to the facts. Focus on the meetings that are within the last two years.

Don't send proof of or even mention money transfers, some embassies read fraud into that.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Philippines is a bit different with the whole money transfer thing. Now, it depends of course on amounts, frequency, and reasons... but in the Philippines, generally it is a sign of "support".

For the OP, we have no details or information about it.

For myself and my partner, initially we included 3-4 Xoom(money transfer receipts), all of just about $40-$60 mostly for mobile data and small stuff, all over just under 2 years of dating. It was nothing major and raised no red flags. Now if the OP is sending every month something like $500+ I could see it raising some questions definately.

Every country is different on how it views financial support. Most of this comes under scrutiny during the interview with the embassy.

Ima just keep few transfers as suggested and will keep the description concise. Btw, she's working in Singapore and would just keep her residence there rather than Philipines, right?

How did you compile your packet? Do I have to place all docs in folder file and use clip binder to bind each topic?

Will she be in Singapore say in 6-9 months? And if so, she will be legally residing/working there? She would most likely do her interview there at that embassy, unless she were to return to the Philippines.

Everyone here just suggests submitting the packet like paper clipped. Any binder or what not they are going to probably just throw away anyways. Keep it simple, organized.

Let me get this correct - If I (the USC) is sending her (the Beneficiary) and her family money to repair their car, money so she can go to salons, money to help buy groceries - WHO IS GETTING DEFRAUDED?

Where is fraud? Someone had a gun to my head 15000 miles away?

See this is good that Im not IN the interview - Id go off.

It's very long. they don't need a description and history of your entire relationship they just want to know how and when you first met in person.

If you look at the example I-129d form here in the guides it's just a line or two, not a letter. the items supporting that visit can just be mentioned in a short bullet point in the cover letter.

From what I have experienced in the petition phase, we have submitted only the minimum requirements because our case was not too complicated. We did not include any proof that is pretty much subjective like affidavits, chatlogs, call history, money remittances, and etc. I support the minimalist approach than "front-loading" because you would expose too much information, when you have already established a sufficient qualification of the K-1 visa, and chances are that they will use them to scrutinize you once you will be in front of a consular officer. The proof of your love stuff will only be asked during the interview because that is what interview is all about.

In the end, we were not being asked for any proof except pictures. All of these are only applicable if your case is pretty simple and straightforward. If your case has a complicating side, you must support them with an additional documentation in order to determine your qualification with the visa.

Also, it depends on the issuing post. I have heard that in US Embassy Ghana, it's difficult to apply a visa there whereas in the US Embassy in Manila, so far I have never heard nor eavesdropped of any denials there. They'll issue that visa if you have all those valid government-issued documents prepared (more importantly, the CENOMAR and the NBI clearance) and also your passed medical examination.

But you know what, you can submit those you have already mentioned. I would suggest to drop that money remittance proof. If you submit a volume of proof and if you have the extra money to cover on the additional mailing fees, you can do so and a foreign services officer will just do all the necessary stuff for you like truncating those extra pages but be careful what you are submitting. Always check if there are any information that may use them against you. Good luck with your journey and I wish for your smooth approval!
