I-130 Petion for me and my Child

Hi @all

My husband filed I-130 petitions for me and my daughter (his stepchild). I have a question about the procedure for my daughters petition. If we get approved and start to submit all the other paperwork to NVC what do i have to fill out for her and what fees does she has to pay? Is it all the same as for my petition or different?

Anyone familiar with this situation?

Hi..i am glad i am not alone with this.

Hope anyone can help. I read that you don't have to pay fees for the affidavit of support. But i am not sure how it really works for her. She is 12 years old.

yes you do, but you only pay for 1, per family group, you will still need each of you the affidavit of support, but you only pay for 1 of you

So i submit the affidavit of support form and documents for her as well but only pay the fee one time..thanks for the information
