Calling CSC?

Is there a way someone can call CSC and ask them if they have received the petition papers?

I mailed in the papers on 03/23 (Friday). USPS reported that it was delivered on 03/24(Saturday). Till now they have not cashed the check and no NOA1 yet.

It can take up to 10 business days for them to cash a check. Did you send the package using a traceable method, like USPS, priority, certified with signature card?

Yes i had sent it USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation only (no signature reqiured).

I tracked it on USPS website - it says it was delivered at Laguna Niguel

You have no reason to contact them - you already know it was delivered.
