Jakarta Embassy contacted regarding Benfic Cur Add/Email/Ph#

Hey VJers!

OK I received the email from the Jakarta embassy to provide my fiances current address / email and phone so they could update it. This was at 630 pm Pacific time or like 745 am Jakarta time. My fiance and I were excited about this but then the rest of her day, they didn't email anything. Once the embassy contacted you how long did it take them to send the Packet 3 ?

I kinda figured these emails are pre-written for the most part and easy to send. I doubt they are customized you know.

For us, it looks like they replied about 24 hours after I replied. You'll probably get a reply tomorrow, and your fiancée should also get an e-mail from them.

In our case we received the packet 3 email on the same day of the email confirming the beneficiary's current contact details.

Based on our experience the immigration unit at the US Embassy Jakarta never take more than 24 hours to respond your email. Often they respond your email within the hour if you email them between Mon - Fri.
