Hello,

I have a question, does your husband USC wife know about you both before she filed for your husband? because if she does she would have never be so fool to bring your husband to the USA in the first place, your husband lied to USC wife just to get into USA and i believe everything is clear to you because he comes home to meet you and the kids all the time....the best option is what people have been saying, either he moves back home to you or he keeps coming home to you every year....forget about america for now....unless if you apply for a B1/B2 visa on your own without mentioning your husband name at all, just claim single mother never married...PERIOD

It looks like he married the first wife just to obtain a green card. And he was having a relationship with you and a family while obtaining his green card. Then when he had it he divorced wife one and wants to petition the woman he really wants to be with.

TLDR: He married the first wife only for the green card.

Well , you need to read carefully before saying things that didnt happen , his ex wife is the one left first and said she is not coming back

She came back after we got married and she Knows we got married and im pregnant

Filed for him coz of her medical condition as she cannot live in my country whil she cannot have medical care

They divorced before he got his green card " i did not say he got his green card from her at all " as the case ended by divorce, his mother is USC .

Certainly an interesting combination that I do not remember seeing before, the important thing is that you and the children were disclosed in all the processes he went through.

So he got his green card through his mother as a married son of a USC? And both marriages were disclosed when he applied for the green card? Or the divorce and marriage depending on when this all happened? So he admitted to polygamy and was still granted a green card? You realize if he lied on his paperwork he could lose his green card right?

Best he moves back with you.

He may eventually file for his kids (I suggest he wait until he naturalizes) they are his lids

regarding you he can get his GC or any naturalizationrevoked in the future for misrep to obtain

immigration benefits (currently theres a guy from Ecuador naturalization being revoked for

lying to get a GC yts ago) just caught up with him. He should not try to petition you, matter a

fact if he lied, did not disclosed kids or multiple wives you wont be coming to the US as an

immigrant....If I am incorrect I apolygize but this dishonesty makes it hard for honest couples,

you wont get help here on VJ to get here.
