I don't know how you guys manage to get this thread moderated THIS many times in such a short span. Really... It's amazing. I noticed someone else posted it on facebook about a day before I found this gem on another forum. My husband and I had a conversation about how people don't know as much as they used to, and likely it's because they haven't had to learn. My kid will never know what it's like to never have technology because she's raised in North America in this day and age. But yet I remember having to boot up a computer with a 5" floppy on the rare occasions I could use the darn thing.

If I may. When you quote something that is not allowed. Say an attempt to by pass the word filter or a picture you know isn't going to fly or a vicious personal attack. Then the post is still there.

I have replied before and deleted the offensive material and it's usually not a problem.

The mods are usually reasonable if you try.

I learnt this after many many sessions in the hole.

Also key is don't respond to people with no sense of humor

i think I saw you in that movie

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.

You act like I don't remember black and white TVs or dial party lines? We didn't watch TV when I was a kid because TV sucks when it's 10" and black and white.

I'm pretty sure calculators and microwaves were more available by the time I was born, of course i'm not ancient.

The true art of communication is listening to what is actually said and responding to that vs just making a reply.

I was just saying I am seasoned . Sorry if that came across snary. Sometimes it's hard to sully snowflakes all day then just turn it off and have normal adult conversation

You're being too kind Niki, this is just an ordinary day for us.
