NSO Birth certificiate issue

What name is she using in her passport?

I say just go through the interview, then, if the CO would advise you to have it corrected or what, work from there...

Analisa , is the name on the passport ... on the NSO looks like someone wrote over a Z to look like an S

so I talked to her this today , and when she renewed her passport, the NSO Birth Certificate wasn't required for it.

Yeah I remember when I renewed mine, I didn't need to submit another NSO birth certificate.

Have you checked with her as well on what are the other differences between the one issued by the NSO with the one from the civil registrar? Like what I mentioned on what I saw as difference with mine?

Anyhow, as what melonshake said just let her go to the interview with the one that she currently have. Who knows this is not the first time the US Embassy to encounter such thing.

Thanks everyone ... fingers crossed. Her medical is next week ... and interview the following week.
