Will my mom leaving out of the US affect my visa application?

My mom's a permanent resident , she started my visa application on september , she might leave the US soon for a month or so , does it affect/slow down my visa application in any way? or does it even have an effect on her green cards legitimacy ?(she has had her green card for 3 months so far)

As long as she keeps residency in the US, and does not stay outside for extended periods of time. As far as I know 5-6 months, she is fine to retain her permanent residency.

She just has to avoid being seen as someone who does "just enough" to retain her residency.

The key for permanent residency is, well permant residency, reside in the US. Not use it as a "go to location".

If petitioner go out of USA, on RE-Entry Permit which is valid for 2 yrs, only after 4 months obtaining of Green Card and file I-864 from abroad can this affect the Green Card Application for his/her Minor son filed under F2A.
