Help NVC Petition receipt delay. Advice needed!

Hello house! Just wondering if anyone has had a long wait for their petitIon approval notice to be received by NVC.

My I-526 petiton was approved by USIS 16TH Sept and sent to NVC same date. Only as at today, 8 weeks later NVC Still claims they have not received same. Can anyone help with advice on what to do in such situation? I have called both USIS and NVC repeatedly with same response.
