AP processing Inquiry (split thread)

Hi August filers . I wanted some guidance with an issue and I decided to post here as you guys havE started before me. I want to file for my AP after my biometrics for my I 485/765. Also my I 130 is approved.

What is the time frame to get the AP and any biometrics involved?

Mail it to where the I 465/765 forms are in Lee summit Missouri?

I do not have travel plans can I leave that blank on the form?

I am here on an active tn status will it be really hard coming back as now that status is null? ( With AP in hand ofcourse)

JFK airport as port of entry.

Will the application of the AP slow the process so far of the other two applications I 485/765?

I am confused. Did you file a concurrent I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), I-485 (Adjustment of Status) and I-765 (EAD) but not the I-130 (AP)? You essentially created more work for yourself by not submitting all at the same time....

You do not have to have travel plans to file for the AP, but because you are now applying for it after you submitted everything else, it probably would be better to include some kind of details about a potential future trip so as to explain why you are now applying for it.

You should follow the I-131 instructions and provide a copy of the I-485 receipt notice as proof of being an adjustment applicant. See Pages 7-9 > http://www.uscis.gov.../i-131instr.pdf
