Hey guys,

So, as some of you may know we had an approved I-129F a little while ago that was then withdrawn via email. My fiance and I have now decided the time is right to re-apply, and everything is falling into place.

So as a shot in the dark kind of thing I emailed the US embassy in London asking if it was possible to now continue the old application. To my surprise, they emailed back and said given the information furnished it IS possible. They linked me to the DS-160 which I filled in and received the confirmation receipt number, and I filled in the notification of readiness. I have not yet scheduled a medical or interview, as I'm awaiting the embassy to email me back verifying I can indeed continue with this application. Do you guys know if I'd be able to have completed the DS-160 with my NVC case number if it had been withdrawn, or is the confirmation of the DS-160 validation that we can indeed continue?

Thanks
