Number and name on each page

Hi everyone, we sent off our first i-130 today. I was just looking at the USCIS page and they recommend that each page is numbered and that the name and A number is written on each page. I did not do that. Is it really that necessary? The packet is on its way to my in-laws they will add a check and then send it to the chicago lock box. Should I ask them to add the numbers and to write our names on each of the pages?

Thanks

This is your original application for CR 1?

you will not have a number to add to pages untill it is assigned to you from USCIS

After checked is cashed and number assigned, you can add them if you get RFE for any additional documents

And this number will change when the packet goes to NVC stage and is assigned an embassy

What about numbering the pages the site suggests that, and the name on each page? It seems like overkill.
