On october 15 I sent required documents to USCIS.They received it on 20 october. It is almost now 27 days but no response from USCIS.

What is the normal processing time?

Are they doing any background check of the documents?

The verification time can vary for various reasons .

The type of documentation you have provided could dictate the along with many other variables. My suggestion is wait for another 2-4 weeks and then start calling USCIS on a regular basis until you get hold of an agent and find a satisfactory answer.

Also bear in mind, the timetable for RFE is not something standard for all case type, scenarios, and situations.

Best of luck
