My Spouse received her ACRO Police certificate which says "NO TRACE", we then found on the FAQ section of the USCIS Immigration interview the following:

"If your ACRO states “No Trace”or “No Live Trace”, you are required to obtain a Memorandum of Conviction from the Court. Another way in which you can furnish this information is by the presentation of a Subject Access Statement."

Can anyone please help with this? my understanding is "No TRACE" means there is no criminal record on file. How do you then obtain a Memorandum of conviction from the court? anyone who 's has a recent interview and experience - please comment.

If it says NO TRACE then you are fine.

If it says NO LIVE TRACE then you need to get the Memorandum.

If it says No Trace you are fine. Don't think or worry any more about obtaining some other documents. Relax in the knowledge you've got nothing to worry about. :thumbs:
