Hello, all...Im sorry if im asking this question in the wrong place and if it has been asked before, but I was unable to find any information pertaining to my situation.

I applied for I-130, for my wife who lives and works in Moscow, Russia but she is from the Philippines. I filed the I-130 with her Russian address. We are 6 months pregnant now and she will move back to the Philippines in December to have the baby. I just received the NVC welcome letter, through email. I had originally emailed the NVC, to ask them how to change her address, instead of an answer I received the NVC welcome letter. The letter states " we will review the forms and documents you submit to us. If something is missing or incorrect, we will tell you how to fix it. Otherwise, we will schedule your relative's case for a visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in MOSCOW, RUSSIA". I need to have her interview changed to the Philippines, since thats where she'll be.

She also renewed her passport and now has a different passport number than on file. How would I go about changing her address and updating all her information?

Thank you, very much for any information.
