Just wanted to share my experience of twice traveling out of the country since I got my EAD/AP combo card around 6 weeks ago.

My first POE was at Philadelphia Airport after arriving on a flight from the UK. I went to the visitor line, showed my Passport and EAD/AP card and was asked the purpose of my trip to the UK (visiting family). I was then promptly directed to secondary (without being escorted as I had been during my K1 entry, just had to carry my passport in a plastic folder) where I waited maybe 2 minutes. I was then asked a couple of questions about the names of family members which I answered and that was that. I still got to the baggage claim before my bag.

My second POE was at Niagara Falls after driving across the Rainbow Bridge from Canada. Stopped the car, handed over my Passport and EAD/AP and was only asked purpose of trip to Canada (leisure), my town of residence in the US and to confirm that my AOS application is in progress. Took no time at all and no secondary so we were driving in to NY within minutes.

Only other thing is they stamped PAROLED in my passport at PHL but not at Niagara.
