Hi all, I am going to send my I-130 package for my wife soon. I have a question before I do that.

Me and my wife have no evidence of a bona fide marriage, here is our story:

We were classmate before, later I move to NYC, and someday we start talk to each other, and then establish relationship in 2013, and got married last December. During these 3 years, she never comes here and we don't have any joint property or bank account. I just go back to my hometown every year to see her. So here is the question, we have many pictures, but we don't have any documents on the list of evidence of a bona fide marriage. I just copy my passport to prove I went back to see her. Is there any suggestion for my situation.

Thank you for your time and answers!!

How do you communicate? Send copies of emails, phone records. Also your visits to her each year are very valuable evidence. Gather up your tickets, passport stamps, itinerary, pictures of you two and you with her family. USCIS understands that some beneficiaries cannot travel to the US for visa or financial reasons.

Luck you. I certainly wouldn't advise anyone applying to not even try to include one of the mandatory pieces of supporting evidence.

For the OP, gather anything you can provide: evidence of time spent together, photographs, wedding receipts, affidavits from friends or family.

you do need the marriage certificate and proof of quality face time together

you will be asked for proof such as chats, photos, itinerary showing where you were together

Is it compulsory to include our passport stamps along with all the evidence of photos of us traveling together, etc? And if yes, must it be from both passports?

For the I-130 that isn't required. The OP may use it for I-751 to remove conditions

What are you talking about?

For the I-130 it's necessary to provide evidence of a genuine ongoing marital relationship. That includes "facetime" (aka time spent together), regular communications, any financial or life co-mingling. You do not just keep these items for the ROC, if one is required.

OP look at the list at the bottom of this wiki guide. There is a huge compilation of items you can use to provide evidence of your relationship. Quality of quantity of course though.

Out of interest, what did you send with your I-130?

Why would page 3 of the instructions have a list of stuff if it's not needed:

Thank you all for your help reply!!!!

You can create a joint bank account. And you can file tax together even if she isn't a resident, but you can treat her as a resident for tax purposes. Would be a good proof
