Are we still on topic for the citizenship interview? Typically if you obtained permanent recidency through marriage to a US citizen, the citizenship interview would not include your spouse. I also am in a same sex marriage and the various interviews at the St. Paul office were very respectful. I have since become a US citizen.

I understand the main topic for this thread is for N-400 applications.  My case is stuck on removal of conditions, which is why I asked Kesiersoze to reply to me in a PM so as not to derail the thread.  I do have a pending N-400, but I also have a pending I-751.

Our interview on December was for ROC.  I'm glad your experience was so smooth.  Our initial interview at the Bloomington office for AOS was also very respectful and candid, we had an attorney.  Our last experience was not like that.

Lisa-Michael, considering the St. Paul office is running about 235 days or eight months from receipt to close of case, and your case is normal and was submitted in May - you should be getting your interview sometime in mid to late January. Just my estimate tho, their processing times could be faster or slower currently.

Still no word, I called and the agent was putting in a service request on Feb 14th and I would receive a letter within 15 days...still nothing. I am currently waiting for a call back from a Tier 2 agent, Lise
