Lisa-Michael, considering the St. Paul office is running about 235 days or eight months from receipt to close of case, and your case is normal and was submitted in May - you should be getting your interview sometime in mid to late January. Just my estimate tho, their processing times could be faster or slower currently.

I called again, spoke to a tier 2 agent. Due to the length of time since I was fingerprinted she has put in a service request.

I should receive  a letter this week with an explanation.

Hi mourad81

Any news?

I also had my interview at the bloomington office. But i had a mean officer who yelled bullied and tried time and time again to say the wrong things. Untill i asked for a supervisor

Or be treated fairly.

I had an attorney with me.

I have no record no arrests never been outside the country for more than 3 weeks.

I passed the test but was told no decision could be made.

Ot jad been 2 and half months since and no update.

I called and booked an infopass

Was told still under review there is no timeline

And i must wait.

I contacted congressman Ellison. Signed a release of info form.

They wrote a letter on my behalf.

And waiting.

I got the worst interviewing officer ever.

Hi Mourad

I am NBC

Filed in june 2016

Biomotrics done August 2nd

Interview notice received

Novemmber 1st

Interview date

December 12th

Studied for the civics test knew all the answers

1 whats an ammendment

2 who vetos bills

3 whats the law of the land

4 who did the us fight against in WW2

5 what stops one branch of government from becoming too power

6 what movement fought against racial discrimination.

Easy but like i said i will not be surprised if my case is denied tomorrow after i went through with that bs.

Total power trip.

And the funny thing is that officer had a very strong accent and was immigrant too. Lol.

It was just a total joke.

Infact i demanded for that nonsense to stop

Or get a supervisot be called or reschedule my interview with someone else unless i am treated fairly and humainly.

I have a PhD

I got a very good job.

I can work and and live anywhere in the world.

I am not going to die because of some

Individual's abuse of power in their position.

I hope you get your interview and i certainly hope you don't get that officer.

Good luck.

Hi Kesiersoze,

I had an interview on 12/5 for ROC and the IO we got was just as you described him. From the beginning he took an instant dislike to us, was rude, condescending, kept asking us all these weird questions.  Unfortunately we did not have an attorney with us, and he separated us, so we couldn't even be witnesses to each other about the way he treated us.  We left feeling incredibly humiliated and down.  He just told us he couldn't make a decision on our case and sent us out.  We haven't heard anything since, and we're thinking about filing a lawsuit for discrimination.  We're a same-sex couple.  I would be very interested to hear if this is the same IO and to hear more about your experience.  Please feel free to PM me if you would be willing to share the details.

Thanks.
