Help relating to K1 visa

Hey all,

So as some of you know a couple of months ago my fiance and I officially withdrew our application by notifying the embassy in London via email - as we're now ready and feel the time is right for me to move, I emailed the Visa Unit with the old email chain asking them if we could just resume the old.

They replied saying based on the information provided, to go right ahead and submit the DS-160. So I did, and I got the confirmation and the confirmation number. So does this mean I can go ahead and book a medical/interview? I'm trying to call someone to see if someone can confirm that it's all good based on us withdrawing initially, any ideas?
