question about interview we got scheduled on 12/01

hi yall,

i got a question.. i received my EAD/AP card on 11/01 and on 12/01 we have our interview.

i have started my own business, income is already coming in. wondering if that would help with our interview !?

i know it may be a stupid question but i just want to make sure i got all my ducks in a row.

( My Husband is on Disability and that obviously isn't enough income, we have a joint sponsor whom is self employed also )

also we dont have many pictures, hence my husband doesn't like to be on them,

most our bills are split up between us, the only joint we have is bank account, income tax , bill from CPA

could anybody please give advice, it would really appreciated

Did you start the business in just your name or is it co-owned?

You got married in 2012 so I'm assuming you've been filing a jointly filed tax return for tax years 2012 up to and including 2015?

If that's the case, I only see 2 if not 3 possible financial matters that exemplify comingling of finances - the tax returns, the joint bank account (assuming it's used on a regular basis by both) and the CPA tax bill.

What about healthcare? Insurance cards with both your names on it showing same address? Maybe get a financial & medical Power of Attorney drawn up naming each other as the principal/beneficiary. Anything else you can think of that can be used to show you share a life together.

yes my business is a dba in my name only and we use our joint account for the business as well....also we have the joint taxes from 2012,2013,2014,2015... and i am getting the landlord, my doctor ( our Doctor, same one ), and a friend to write a letter as a affidavit.. just not sure how they need to be written up....do you have any ideas?

we don't have health insurance, well my husband has his thru his disability and all our bills are split up but all have the same address, i hope that is suffice
