Hi Everyone.

I am trying to bring over my son for his green card.

He has a Priority Date of 03/19/2011

Currently as of the December NVC bulletin they are processing May 2010, he is a F2B.

I heard that we can start the paperwork " Choice of Agent and pay the invoice" before the priority date becomes current.

I have tried to process the Choice of Agent online but receive the following

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. "

Does anyone have any ideas or what the process is since we are getting close to his priority date to be current.

Thank You

Nancy
