N400 fee

Hi, i appreciate your help in advance , i have a simple questions regarding N400,

- How much money do i have to pay for N400 application?its weird! i cant find an answer in N400 instructions.

Can i pay the fee with money order? its says online pay the fee with credit card!

Is there any example or guidance when paying this fee?

- If i live in California, should i use this address? USCIS Attn: N-400 1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S Suite 100 Phoenix, AZ 85034

- Is the signature when sending this application is optional or required?

Exceptions in which the applicant is not required to pay the entire $680:

• Applicants 75 years of age or older are not charged a biometric fee, the total fee is $595.
• No fee is required for military applicants filing under Section 328 and 329 of the INA

Thank you, i meant by signature the UPS signature, normally they ask you, do you want a signature with your delivery or you waive it, i was just wondering if the N400 needs a signature or not,

I was referring to USPS/UPS signature delivery. Of course every form needs to be signed.

but nothing mentioned about the delivery signature, should i waive the signature or its important to request it?

Again, This is my opinion. The signature for delivery is optional. I only sent documents to USCIS for the K-1 application and for AOS, both times I did not used the delivery signature.
