After some research, I found the cheapest civil surgeon in Houston. His name is Dr. Avinash Parti @ 6535 Southwest Freeway. He charges $116 if you don't require vaccines.

I also did some research and realized for a normal healthy individual, you only need four vaccines. MMR, Tdap, Influenza (flu) and Varicella.

I have the four they required but just get a titer for Hep B just to be safe.

Want to share with you all, because I realize that the civil surgeon stuff is quite obsolete for Houston area and I think people are confused about vaccine options.

If I am wrong, please correct me.

Also post cheaper CS options if you found one! Thank you!

That price you are paying seems to be about average. We are paying 125 for the transcription in Nashville

Had 3025 transcribed by a civil surgeon.

Nov 28 Approved

Dec 2 Card mailed
