My fiance is coming to America from England. He jusr got his police cert back and it has 3 things on there. One he got arrested for being drink in 1999, another for drunk driving and the third for using a fraudulent tax disc for his car. Never been to jail. Will this prevent him from getting his visa?

I just don't know how to find out if this will be an issue and what we need to do? Should we just hope that it's okay and find out at the interview?

I am the petitioner, living in the US and my fiance lives in the UK. Reviewed the NAO2 2 weeks ago and he just received his police documents. We are both extremely worried now. I already knew about his criminal record. It really isn't a big deal to me because everyone makes mistakes. He has a drink driving on his record from 6 years ago and fraud from 17 years ago. He used a tax disc for his car that wasn't legal. He went to court and just got a 100 pound fine. Now we are worried that this may impact him moving to America. Has anyone else had similar issues?

He got his police certificate from ACRO. I'm not really sure what a SAR is. Is it something you need to request in the application?

If you are coming up with hits on your police certificate, you need to order a Subject Access Report (SAR) from ACRO. They are going to want to know the details about the criminal cases, and the SAR will be helpful.
