K1 Fiancee Evidence of Meeting in Person Photos

Hi,

I have made a number of 8x10 photo collages like the one I have attached to show evidence of my fiancee and I meeting in person. I have also added date and location and our names in the back of the photo. I was wondering if this would this be acceptable form of evidence? Or do they want the photos in 4x6 regular prints?

Most important evidence would be passport stamps, receipts...ect

Pictures are secondary evidence.

I had a hard time with this one (had an RFE) because we didn't have any receipts or passport stamps... and neither of our phone records were available. What I did was print out e-mails and had my parents each write an affidavit indicating that we spent time with them. I also had one hotel itinerary that I printed, and I provided a bank statement where I had converted US cash to CDN cash while he visited... and also a photocopy of his passport because the issue date was a week before we met, which was the reason he had it issued. I also made a document with a timeline outlining our time spent together which coincided with the other documents.

it can be tricky but sometimes you just have to get creative lol. I would recommend sending in as much as you can, so you don't get the dreaded RFE like we did.

I have a similiar question...Can the picture be in black & white or do they need to be color?

I would highly suggest to print out the pictures in color.

I used Word on the computer and simply put maybe 4-6 pictures to a page (depending on size), evenly spaced out, with dates, names and a brief description below each pic. I actually found a little program for Word that formatted my pics for me automatically.If you're computer savvy and want to try it out, PM me and I'll send you a copy/link.

Photos are good to have, try to have recognizable landmarks in background if possible. I took mine in Istanbul at every tourist site known to man to have for our cherishable memories.
