So, I finally have all of the K1 visa paperwork completed and and am ready to start step 2. On the guide it lists the things that are needed once the I-129F is approved. Several questions:

1. What are copies of the documentary proof? Is this the packet i sent to USCIS that I will send him, as well, when approved?

2. What is an original letter affirming my desire to marry my fiance and continued support of the K1 visa? Does anyone have an example of this?

3. What type of medical exam does he need to have? Anything else he needs to be collecting to take to his interview?

I am going on the assumption we will be approved. :)

Any input would be so much appreciated. Thanks in advance?

Hi, Congrats!

I will give you examples of what I sent.

1) We sent our flight information of when we visited each other, we sent hotel receipts, food receipts and anything that had both of our names on it, like credit cards receipts of things we purchased while we visited.

2)Yes, on number 2, he needs the originals one with your signature. Pretty much your intent to marry him within 90 days once the visa is approved.

3) For our Dr. it is blood work, cat scan and MRI

Good Luck

So, he just needs the original intent to marry or new one with a new date? Does he need the same?

Thank you for your help!
