So i submitted my I-751 and they returned it me, stating that I filed too early. I totally understand that. But I also included my US citizen daughter's name in my application since it says there ALL CHILDREN, she lives with me, I said "YES", and applying with me, I checked "NO" (I even stated the reason in the last form that she was born inside our 2-year marriage and I attached her birth certificate for reference).

Here are my concerns;

1) she increased my fee to $590, I originally sent $505 because in the intructions it says, if you are a spouse of a US citizen, you dont need to pay the biometric fee. Am I wrong? Or they want me to pay biometric fee for my US citizen daughter since I put her on the application?

2) they want me to fill the Alien number that I left blank for my daughter since she is a US citizen ( they put a red check mark). Should I just remove her name when I resent my application?

I am so confused and worried.

Thank you guys in advance.

1. You need to pay the biometric fee, because you will be having biometrics. Your status is currently "Conditional Resident".

2. Your daughter isn't applying for anything, because she's already a citizen. So, there's no biometrics or anything for her because this RoC process doesn't apply to her. You were correct in marking her as "No", she's not applying with you. You don't need to leave her out - as the form asks for information about your children - just double check you've filled in all the boxes the right way. Did you include her birth certificate or anything?

@lost_at_sea yes I did include her birth certificate in the packet, I even explained it to the last form (extra space needed). I felt like she checked the A- because she's asking for her Alien number or should I put like N/A or something? Thank you
