Oh my goodness...I am freaking out! Our K1 visa paperwork made it throught Steps 1 and 2 and just received notice the paperwork was sent from the NVC to the embassy in Ciudad Juarez after waiting what seemed like forever. I just realized by looking at the NVC mail sent to me that the surname I put on the paperwork was in reverse order (should be Hernandez Garcia and I put Garcia Hernandez). All required documents sent, including passport, birth certificate, divorce decree, etc. had all the correct information. It was my mistake on the I-129F and G-325A biographical information where I accidentally reversed the order of the surname. I am in the process of completing the DS-160 paperwork online. I am surprised that this was not caught at the USCIS or the NVC and I am afraid to draw it to their attention at this time for fear of having to start totally over. Should I continue with the paperwork and address the issue at the interview or contact the consulate asap? I just don't know what to do!
