We have our MNL number and wish to pay the visa fee at BPI

Is it okay to pay and make appointment even though the case is still at NVC and not in ready stage?

Absolutely!! No reason to wait for your case file to be at USEM. Schedule your interview about 4-5 weeks out from when you got your MNL# and you should be good.

Pay the visa fee, get your appt scheduled, complete your DS-160, complete the medical .. and soon you will be done with your visa interview.

Here is a link that should be helpful (there are link for the medical and CFO also): http://visaconnection-philippines.com/index.php/2-visa-process/3-usem-k-1-visa

Thank you, I was going to, and will do it tomorrow, then I read to much.

The DS-261 choice of agent form is asking NVC invoice number, would the call center tell me that number over the phone?

You are K-1, you do NOT complete a DS-261 and you do NOT have an invoice number. Only a MNL#

Can't schedule your interview until (12-24 hours) after paying the visa fee at BPI. Print out the correct deposit receipt, and make sure to keep and protect your receipt you get from BPI.

Do read the link I gave you, follow the many links provided within, follow the process and for sure follow the embassy instructions letter .

You will do just fine :)
