Hi Guys,

My in laws petition just recently got approved on NOV 9th, haven't received NOA2 yet but found out on USCIS case status. I've read that we should call NVC to get a new case number. My question is, when do I start to call? And what reference do we use.

Also, is there a place where I can find what other documentations that we'll need going forward.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

Your spouse is petitioning parents? You can start calling NVC a week or two after NOA2, and you use your USCIS case number as reference.
