Thank you. I'm getting so many "oh you're SOL," responses and its unhelpful. I don't need your opinions, I need to know what to do.

Either way, my infopass appountnent is this Monday, and several uscis officers and 2 attorneys have told me all I can do is wait until then.

Hi, all.

So we spoke to an extremely nice USCIS officer. She told us we were denied for not appearing at our interview, and we'd need to re-file with a $630 fee. However, several days later, they called back, and explained they'd made a mistake by not letting me reschedule when I'd submitted a letter. I guess with the election, mail was delayed, and they hadn't recieved it. We have another interview scheduled December 30th, no re filing fee charges! ???

So shoutout to everyone who tried to scare me/others.
