If you naturalized and are a USC now; you should only fill out the information regarding your naturalization certificate number.

I think the 'File number A' area is meant for the beneficiary of a K-1, during AOS. I also read on a forum from this link (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/20656-naturalized-citizen-alien-registration-%23-for-i-129f-and-g-325a/):

"From my understanding and past conversations / inquiries with the USCIS ( i called them twice to make sure), if you already were naturalized then you put N/A on the A# (both) section since this A# refers to the number on your greencard which the USCIS gets back from you before you get your certificate of naturalization. the number, if any, that they look at from this point on would be your naturalization number located on your certificate which is located on the upper right hand corner. this number which may start with A as well, you will need provide on #10 on the I-129F form. other than that, they said to mark the sections asking for A# on the G-325A form N/A or NONE (yes even the bottom part) This is my input, and i am only relaying the instructions provided to me by USCIS Customer Service Center."

"G-325A: I only put my A# at the very bottom, where it says "Alien Regristration Number". At the top, where it asks you for a file number, I put none (file number and A# are NOT the same thing)."

Hope this will help you out!
