Not sure if there's already a topic about this, but i'm working on the I-134. On questions 8-10, should I put my fiance name on there? and yes its only my fiance that i will sponsoring no on else. Also have never sponsor anyone before.

And as I'm a temporary worker and am not able to get a employers letter because they use a 3rd party to get those info. The 3rd party they use is just a website. Is it okay to just print a work statement from the employers website and send it along?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Wish I had my copy in front of me to verify; but I left it blank I think because that was where you would put like if you had children you also supported already.

Please see the example

You can only provide what you have. If the third-party refuses to write you a letter I guess you'll have to use the website info but it doesn't really verify that you work there.

This may be a challenge. How long have you worked in the USA? If you have W-2s and the related tax returns then you do not have to rely on the Web site.

If you do not, you are going to need an explanation that passes muster at your embassy and pay stubs. The handling of the I134 tends to be embassy specific so you may want to add some information:

- how long is your work history?

- do you have ta returns?

-do you have pay stubs?

Then go over to the East Asia forum and see if they can hep you.

Good luck!

p.s. It goes without saying that if you do not have pay stubs then this is going to be very difficult and you may have to wait for at least one tax return with an employer issued 1099 to back up you income.

For questions 8-10, I believe you leave #8 blank, #9 None, and #10 Fiancé(e)'s name (Filing now with I-129F).

^ My reference was looking up the example form on here, but maybe there's a better way to go about it.

I'm also with Robert in reference to your employment- if you have pay stubs, tax returns, etc. not having the employment letter shouldn't be an issue, as you'll have ample evidence to prove your annual income/current employment.
