Hi guys. I have a problem. I didn't know that there are only a few slots for CFO. I am still waiting for my k1 visa and planned to sked my cfo once I receive it. I just randomly checked the CFO site a few hours ago and saw that slots are running out. Available slots are November 25 and 28. My flight is already on the 29th so I got the a CFO sked for the 25th.

I didn't have a photo taken within the last 3 months so I asked my mother to take my photo using my cellphone. The photo looked clear on the cellphone and the computer but when I uploaded it on the online CFO form, it looked blurred.

I was panicking that time cos i was thinking it might be too late already if I go to SM and have my photo taken cos maybe by the time I get back home (after 1 hour) maybe there are no more slots... so i continued the online appointment booking even if the photo looked blurred... maybe it won't matter.

Then I printed my form and my photo was soooo blurred.... I can't even tell it's me on the photo.

They will put this blurred photo on my certificate and now I'm thinking what if this blurred photo of mine will be a reason why the Philippine immigration won't let me board my flight.

I already emailed CFO to ask for help and I hope they reply on Monday and they let me change my photo.

I'm really worried... and also CFO and BI (Bureau of Immigration) are different entities. What if CFO says it's okay that it's blurred and then the BI officer at the airport says it's not and he won't let me leave.

Anyone in here has anything to say/suggest? Thanks so much.

Getting it right is more important then having to do over. Stop, slow down and do it right the first time. Otherwise they will make you do it over which means more wasted time.

Forget scheduling till you get the proper documentation which includes the picture. Besides you need pictures for interview, CFO, Medical, GC, etc. You'll need extra for when you're in the states.

Greenbaum, I have already passed the medical and interview, my flight is on the 29th and my cfo is on the 25th. What can i do now? Yes I will have my photo taken at SM but what should I do with my blurred photo at my cfo appointment form? Do they really use this photo or has anyone here mentioned that CFO take photos at the CFO office for the certificate? Thanks again.

Best you can do is bring a 2X2 passport photo with you to CFO. CFO use to require this, but they changed things about a month ago. Not sure if they take a photo there at the counter for the sticker.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

Okay. I will do this if they don't answer the emails and calls I will make this coming week. Thanks so much.
