i filed a petition for my daugther she is just 3years of age.. i am a US citizen.. i filed I-130 form. scan passport

birthcert

marraige certificate

naturalization certificate

itr (2015)

w2 (2015)

form i-130

affidavite of support

2x2 pic

and family picture with our daugther.. those i include with the form.. and i wanna ask if how long it gonna take to recieve a letter from uscis if approved..

If you mean to hear that your petition was accepted, that will take 2-3 weeks (perhaps a bit longer due to the holidays); if you mean approved, iIt will take about a year. You won;t get a letter, your daughter will need to attend the embassy with you or a guardian.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
