What will happen after 10 year ban is over ?

Timeline

There are 2 bans for an overstay 3 years for a short one and 10 years for a longer one. 10 years is hard enough that most that want to come back will leave before the longer one kicks in . Those that don't leave have chosen the longer ban by their actions. There is also an issue for those that have actually been deported rather than leave on their own. Once again brought on by a persons actions. Once the bar is over immgration looks back at the persons past and says , this person didn't leave when they were supposed to and the governement had to spend money to send them home why should we give them another chance. Personally I don't see why they should I have a whole list of things I would rather have my tax dollars spent on than sending law breakers home.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
